New York “High Bench”

Haha oh balls, this is hilarious. I can just picture what that guy is thinking: “man…my legs are so tired, I wish I could sit down but this bench is so damn high”. Apparently this was an attempt at meaningful art, seems more like a chuckle worthy prank to me.
