San Clemente Toll Road??

As I was reading SFGate today, I noticed an article about my hometown of San Clemente. It was about a new toll road that they are trying to construct that will “ease” traffic from the 5 South coming up, but will also cut through precious beach and state park territory. Not cool! Peep for yourself…
