Now that I’ve had time to reflect my recent trip to Mexico, I have this to say: Please don’t buy little multicolor chicks unless prostitution is legal in your country…ok leave that last part out. Wow, it feels so nice to be done with the week. nice nice nice. Who knows what the weekend has in store for me, maybe a little relaxing on the couch? Maybe taking Frankenstein to the park? It’s all fair game.

Sounds delicious! I just came back from mexico last month and find myself addicted to these incredible enchilada recipes now!! Must go back next year sometime, I think, and this time head off the beaten track a little. Looking to reading more!
