After way too long I’ve updated my Simple Popup Plugin for WordPress to accommodate all the requests I’ve been getting; mainly the ability to add multiple popups and to change the position of the window. Check out the plugin page here to find out more. I have to go to work now.
WordPress Simple Popup Plugin Updated to v3

I liked the old version. I am not HTML or template tag savvy, so I have no clue where or how to add the code to get this to work on my sidebar. I understand that people wanted a way to list multiple links, but couldn’t you have it both ways?
Without the URL option, I cannot use this plugin now.
I know, you’re probably rolling your eyes and thinking those “Can’t please everyone” thoughts. I’m sorry to complain, but I need things on here to be as simple as possible. I’m a newbie with no time to learn how to do HTML and tags and what not.
Thanks for letting me gripe.
Hi Julie,
Thanks for letting me know your thoughts. I wasn’t sure if anyone was using the widget, but apparently there were! I’ll make an update asap that brings back the widget. Check for it soon. Thanks a lot
Hi Garrett,
Thanks for the plugin, it’s exactly what i needed.
Almost…. It would be great if we could use an image instead of a text link with the widget option.
I’ve got a pop up player on my blog but would like to use an image as a link in the sidebar to make the pop up player more apparent.
Any chance of this in an upcoming update?
